All road closures are put in place with agreement from the local authority and Essex Police. The event car parks will open from 9am on Friday 26th May until 1pm on Monday 29th May with arrivals split across the three days. The closures are implemented to manage the ingress and egress of vehicles to the event site and to minimise disruption to locals by restricting non-residents from certain roads. All local residents will be allowed to access the road on which they live at any time across the event weekend.
Across Friday 26th – Monday 29th May, we plan to implement an extensive & robust External Crowd Safety, Security & Traffic Management Operation. The overall goal is to reduce and minimise any disruption within the local-areas and roadways surrounding the events site itself. Please expect and plan for increased vehicle & pedestrian movements throughout the Bank Holiday Weekend.
