Campsite items apply to customers with a camping ticket only.
Day ticket holders should refer to the Event Arena column and notes column only.
PLEASE NOTE – Day ticket customers can bring a bag no bigger than an A4 piece of paper.
Yes, you can arrive on any day your ticket is valid for.
For example if you have a 3 day camping ticket (valid for entry from Friday), you could chose to arrive on the Saturday instead.
Our Gold package includes access to the Gold campsite which features ‘proper’ toilets, showers, pamper parlour (with mirrors, hair straighteners, hairdryers etc), 24 hour manned Info Hub, free car parking plus access to the exclusive Hospitality Arena on site which will serve you up one complimentary meal each day. The Hospitality Arena also includes ‘proper toilets’, indoor and outdoor seating areas, leather sofas, wooden flooring, plus access to various exclusive concessions inside the hospitality arena*
A Gold camping ticket does not include Dreamfields accommodation or a pre-pitched tent, you still need to bring your own tent. Alternatively you can book Dreamfields or Pre Pitch accommodation separately

Our Standard camping tickets give you access to camp in our standard camp sites. Toilets and food concessions are situated in the standard campsite, and across the event arena. Your tickets also include access to the event arena.
If you are purchasing a Gold Day ticket – you get free car parking plus access to the exclusive Hospitality Arena on site which will serve you up a complimentary meal each day. If you are purchasing a Standard Day ticket – you get access to the Main Even Arena
The Campsites will be filled with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You will have access to various food and non-food concessions, phone charging units, lockers, a camping supplies store and a general store.
Information and welfare will be available – please head to one of our signposted campsite hubs where you will be assisted.
There is a medical tent and Welfare tent on site and will be clearly signposted.
Drinking Water taps will be located around the campsites and the event arena. We recommend customers bring recyclable water bottles and re-fill at the free drinking water taps on site.
Showers and ‘proper’ toilets come as part of the ticket price for Gold and Dreamfields & Pre-Pitch packages.
Yes, there will be various catering units inside the event arena and the campsite. A full range will be available including vegetarian and vegan. If you have any specific dietary concerns. Gluten free food options are available, please speak to the food vendor for guidance at the event or contact info@cream.co.uk closer to the event for more info on food concessions on site.
If you are camping at the festival, you can bring in your own alcohol. There is a limit of 24 cans and 1 litre plastic bottle of spirit per person. No glass allowed on site, any drinks in glass bottles must be decanted into plastic bottles before arrival.
Cans can be mixed – cider, lager, wine but must not exceed 24 cans.
Please note that alcohol can not be brought into the Event Arena.
Strictly no kegs
If you are a day ticket holder, no drinks or alcohol can be brought into the event, apart from 1 x 500ml bottle of water which must be sealed.
Festival tickets are not included in the accommodation price and must be booked separately. Everyone staying in your Pre-Pitch & Party or Dreamfields accommodation must have a Creamfields South Camping ticket (Standard or Gold) to gain entry.
Dreamfields & Pre-Pitch accommodation are located in the same exclusive campsite at Creamfields South
There will be lots of concessions on site including a general store and a campsite shop selling everything from tents, inflatable mattresses, wellies etc. These will be located in the Campsites village.
No, sorry you cannot bring your campervan – the campsites at Creamfields are tented only. If you purchase a Camping ticket then you must camp within our campsites. You may not camp in the car parks or sleep in your car.
