If you have purchased a gold ticket, as part of your package you receive a complimentary meal each day, the QR token is attached to your wristband and can only be used in the Hospitality Arena and can only be scanned once per day (depending on the number days you are on site)

The Campsites will be filled with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You will have access to various food and non-food concessions, phone charging units, lockers, a camping supplies store and a general store.

Information and welfare will be available – please head to one of our signposted campsite hubs where you will be assisted.

There is a medical tent and Welfare tent on site and will be clearly signposted.

Drinking Water taps will be located around the campsites and the event arena. We recommend customers bring recyclable water bottles and re-fill at the free drinking water taps on site.

Gold & Dreamfields customers

Showers and ‘proper’ toilets come as part of the ticket price for Gold and Dreamfields & Pre-Pitch packages.

Yes, all bars & food concessions including funfair at Creamfields are cashless. Only cards & contactless + Apple Pay & Google Pay accepted.

Yes, there will be various catering units inside the event arena and the campsite. A full range will be available including vegetarian and vegan. If you have any specific dietary concerns. Gluten free food options are available, please speak to the food vendor for guidance at the event or contact info@cream.co.uk closer to the event for more info on food concessions on site.

There will be lots of concessions on site including a general store and a campsite shop selling everything from tents, inflatable mattresses, wellies etc.  These will be located in the Campsites village.
