Its a common misconception that tents and equipment that are left behind at festivals are packed up and donated to those in need, however, the reality is that most abandoned tents and equipment end up in landfill.  Our key message to anyone attending Rockstar Energy presents Creamfields or any festival is please take your tents home.   

In an effort to reduce waste, every year we organise a salvage operation which allows charities and community groups etc to join us on Monday afternoon after the festival to collect reusable tents and camping gear left behind.   If you would like to apply please email salvagers@cream.co.uk for more info.  Deadline to apply is Monday 12th August .
